Profile
PNDT is a collective of four architects — Aleksandra Krzywańska, Justyna Zubala, Olga Leksińska and Maja Matuszewska — working between Warsaw and Eindhoven. Different backgrounds and perspectives come together in a shared way of thinking about architecture. We design homes, interiors and public spaces, always starting from the place and the people who will use them. Curious and open to new ideas, we enjoy every new adventure. Have an unconventional project in mind? Call us — let's do it together.

The team

Aleksandra Krzywańska
Co-founder & Architect
A graduate of the Warsaw and Silesian Universities of Technology and a licensed IARP Architect (MA/085/26). She gained experience in leading Warsaw offices, including FSP Arcus and Foster + Partners, focusing mainly on residential and public utility architecture. Aleksandra has been working independently since 2010, with projects recognised in architectural competitions across Poland. She operates locally under KOSLO Architecture Studio. As the PNDT visionary lead, she drives the company's growth and design philosophy, seamlessly blending modern technology with high-end craftsmanship, bringing forward-thinking ideas to life. She believes that the best architecture grows from a clear idea, carefully considered details and an understanding of how people experience space. Curious about new technologies and digital design, she combines a creative approach with precision and a strong focus on how things are actually built.

Justyna Zubala
Co-founder & Architect
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology with a scholarship at Chalmers University of Technology. From 2012 she worked in Warsaw at Epstein, FSP Arcus and ARE on residential, office and public projects. Since 2023 she has worked as an architect at Bierman Henket in the Netherlands, on renovation and adaptive reuse projects. Since 2020 she has held full design rights in Poland (MA/044/20), and she also runs her own practice in Eindhoven. Living between Poland, the Netherlands and Spain has taught her to value vernacular architecture and solutions deeply rooted in place — local technologies, materials and ways of building. As PNDT's creative lead, she starts every design from its context, identity and local culture. She is also a fan of natural materials, upcycling and permaculture — one day she wants to build a rammed-earth house. Off duty, she climbs in the Pyrenees and surfs in Galicia.

Olga Leksińska
Co-founder & Architect
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and a licensed IARP Architect since 2019 (MA/105/19). She has been working professionally since 2012, gaining experience at the Warsaw practice Mąka Sojka Architekci. Olga now runs her own practice in her hometown of Białobrzegi, combining architectural expertise with a close understanding of local context. At PNDT, she guides projects through the complexities of planning and development, finding thoughtful solutions that preserve the architectural vision while establishing a clear path towards its realisation. Her understanding of planning frameworks and design requirements helps turn ambitious ideas into achievable projects. She sees architecture as both a profession and a way of life, approaching each challenge with curiosity and commitment. Her work reflects a balance of creative thinking, attention to detail and sensitivity to the people and places she designs for.

Maja Matuszewska
Co-founder & Architect
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. She gained professional experience at the Warsaw practice FSP Arcus and is currently part of Kuryłowicz + Architects. Her work spans urban design and architecture, connecting an understanding of the wider context with attention to individual buildings and everyday spaces. Maja approaches design with a strong sense of responsibility for available resources and an interest in how innovative materials and technologies can enrich the built environment. At PNDT, she leads the exploration of digital tools, helping the studio integrate new technologies into its creative process and everyday practice. Her curiosity has also led her to learn to code, expanding the possibilities of how architecture can be imagined, developed and communicated. She believes technology is most valuable when it serves a clear design purpose and supports thoughtful, resource-conscious decisions.
